Pre-Shoot Preparation Guide

This short guide helps ensure smooth movement, clean visuals, and the best possible final media for both homeowners and agents.

A few minutes of preparation helps us capture brighter spaces, smoother motion, and more compelling final media.

General Prep

• Turn on all interior lights (including lamps)

• Replace burned-out bulbs where possible

• Open blinds and shades unless privacy is needed

• Remove clutter and personal items

Kitchen & Living Areas

• Clear countertops and surfaces

• Remove dish racks, soaps, cords, and remotes

• Straighten furniture and seating

• Turn off TVs and monitors

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

• Make beds neatly and clear nightstands

• Close toilet lids

• Clear bathroom counters

• Hang fresh towels or remove entirely

Exterior / Drone (if included)

• Move vehicles from driveway

• Hide trash bins and hoses

• Close garage doors
